comes to stare at the oppsite sex. if  a man glances at a woman for more than 10

seconds and refuses to avert his gaze. his intentions are obvious, that is , he

These days I was in Dechen Tibetan Autonomous region in

Yunnan Province of China.  Actually Dechen was place of

Tibetan people that was proved by history. But those days the

new generation in this town has loss their identical language,

culture and etc.People called that Shangrila for this place and

the local people would pround of the name under Shangrila.

When I was frist time reach in Shangrila the  architecture were awful unique. If outsider were approach to frist time in

shangrila.Mybe they will thought these archichiteture as

monastry or temple's style.you can see the night Tibetan folk

dance around   newly made ground and old town ground.Every night local people were gether around  two of their grounds and dancing.   I saw a news from the blog of Tibetan net would says

that 30 thousand  are tibetan and other 140 thousand are

chinese and other monorities. Originally  Shangrila name was

Tibetan Bouddhis term Shambala,I don’t know when was it term

come in  an English.The author of book  The Lost Horizontal

would recognize that Shangrila was this region. Logicaly the

reason that some lay person thought that most beautiful

and less unpolluted region has given Shangrila.however,

Gal Thang<in Tibetan history name of Shangrila is Gal

Thang>has been Shangrila for decade.Today they are some of names in this region, for example Gal Thang,<old trem >

Shangrila,Zhong Dan< chinese given name> the soul of sun and moon < now official using term>.

      我读过国内的杂志里，最优秀的是《书摘》

普利藏文学校，云南省德钦县唯一一所藏文学校，也是一所全日制的寄宿私立学校。

学校简介：1997年，一位本地藏族的普普通通的农民、连自己名字也

写不出的文盲阿牛，在艰难的条件下创办了这所学校。阿牛说，他创办

这所学校，一是看到在神圣的梅里雪山面前的藏族文化的逐渐消失；二

是贫困家庭的孩子因为经济困难没有机会上学。基于上述原因，保护藏

民族优秀的传统文化，让更多失学的儿童得到受教育机会，是阿牛的最

大心愿。创办这所学校时，本不富裕的阿牛，把家里稍微值钱的物品变

卖，才得到了学校的第一笔经费。为此，也与家庭产生了矛盾。由于阿

牛的努力，办学十年来，学校得到了社会各界和政府的支持、帮助，学

生也受到了很的教育，许多学生考上了更高一级藏文学校，如中甸藏文

中学、四川藏文中专、北京佛学院等。现在学校有学生近60人，除了主

要学习藏文外，还实行了九年义务教育，以及藏族的传统工艺如土陶、

绘图、木雕等的学习。学校现有电脑室、图书室等学习场所，除了三名

县教育局安排的都是外，其余的藏文、手工艺等教师均受邀来自拉萨、

昌都、林芝、四川阿坝州等地。同时，每年均有来自内地的支教老师担

任英语、电脑等课的教学工作。
